Event Description: Raising funds for scholarships for locally-grown electrical line workers who live, work, and contribute to our northeast Wyoming communities. 5 p.m. social; 6 p.m. dinner; Auction with 20 guns, silent auction items, raffles. Tickets are $50 each.
